How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but I can't find it?
Once your package has been accepted by USPS/UPS and a tracking number has been issued, Halo Point is no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact USPS/UPS directly and provide your tracking number. They will be able to assist you further.
Incorrect shipping addresses
Please double-check your address before placing your order. Halo Point is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Halo Point canvas is handmade and produced in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Are your canvases hand painted?
Halo Point designs are hand painted with care on high-quality needlepoint canvas.
What mesh size do you use?
Most Halo Point canvases 13, 14, 16 and 18 mesh needlepoint canvas, unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Color Variations
Because monitors and screens display colors differently, slight color variations between the digital listing and the physical canvas may occur.
